Sample Returns and Refunds Policy

Policy Duration Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the purchase date. After 30 days, we are unable to provide a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns on:

Partial Refunds Partial refunds may apply to:

Sale Items Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued once the returned item is received. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
